I like both of these primers A LOT. The Urban Decay is awesome, for helping eyeshadow stay, and one of them has a mild radience, which makes shadows look really pretty, and is awesome for blending.
I like the NYX for bright bright colors because it is white and help reflect the color, making it super bright…I also like it because its “skin tone” color is not as light as pictured here, and works on a wider range of skin tones. You can also highligt with the white, and mix the 2 to make virtually any skin tone.
It really depends on how much you have/want to spend at the time.
